Today’s episode of “Udne Ki Aasha” starts starts with Renuka insulting her daughter-in-law, Sayali, and telling her not to invite her family to the wedding. Sayali stays quiet, but Sachin overhears and says he has already invited Sayali’s family and neighbors. He stands up for his wife in front of his mother. Renuka gets upset and complains to Paresh, who tells her that no one will follow her if she’s being unreasonable. He advises Renuka to show respect and love to Sayali to receive the same in return.
In the kitchen, Sachin admits he hasn’t invited Sayali’s family yet and only said it to defend her. Sayali is touched and impressed. Sachin encourages her to live life on her own terms. Sayali thanks him, holding his hands, which embarrasses Sachin. He promises they will invite her family that evening. Meanwhile, Roshni is worried about her secrets being exposed.
At night, Renuka invites Roshni to the pooja, saying her mother-in-law wants to meet Roshni before the wedding. Roshni agrees but wonders why Renuka treats Sayali and Sachin badly. Later, Roshni finds her mother and son at her flat and worries that Renuka will cancel the wedding if she finds out about them.
Sayali calls her family to invite them to the pooja. Sachin asks Sayali if she likes the saree he got for her. She says she will wear it for the function. Sachin is happy but jokes about how women exaggerate the difficulty of walking in a saree. Sayali challenges him to wear a saree, and Sachin creates a funny scene trying it on.
